  • Full payment must be made before the service date, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are quoted in Euros or Ariary and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.
  • For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the activity, no refund may be issued.
  • In case of force majeure (natural disaster, political unrest, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a partial refund.

4. Changes by the Client

  • You may request changes to your itinerary before the service begins, and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • Additional charges may apply for modifications that affect cost or logistics.

5. Changes by Nosy Be Travel Hub

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or availability.
  • If changes occur, we will inform you promptly and offer alternatives of equal or greater value.

6. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal details and respecting agreed schedules.
  • You must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or special needs before booking.
  • Clients are responsible for securing their own travel insurance.

7. Liability

  • Nosy Be Travel Hub shall not be held liable for accidents, loss, delays, or damages caused by third parties, natural forces, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during your trip.

8. Use of Website

  • All content on this website (text, images, logo) is the property of Nosy Be Travel Hub and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
  • Any misuse of the website or attempt to harm its operation is prohibited.
